add additional debug information, and heavily verbose --debug/npm run start-debug modes
Take it or leave it, of course. Running the server script, it wasn't clear to me what "75 R_API" in the console meant, and in general I think the premise of having a series of debug flags for running the deltabot script would be useful. Perhaps the one condition currently guarded by an `ifDebug` check isn't all that useful (indeed, it didn't give me any new information apart from knowing that I got a 403 rather than a 401), but perhaps this change is worth merging anyway.
Thanks, looks good to me!
CC @roastchicken because arguments were added
Note - the argument is optional, and not recommended if you're running the real bot for the actual subreddit. I figure it's the kind of thing a dev would use, really (if they're not using node-inspector or similar tools).
Is there an advantage to using `_.some` over `array.indexOf`? I ask because I imagine `_.some` performs slower than `array.indexOf`, so unless there's a good reason to use it I would suggest replacing it.
No particularly compelling reason. From previous reading (e.g. http://stackoverflow.com/a/18884620 and others) I've generally trusted lodash's performance over native functions, so preferring lodash is just a habit by now. In this case you might be right, technically, `indexOf` could be faster. But it's called on init only, no big deal.
